Shipping policy
Only for WHOOP Bands & iPhone Socks/Crossbody
Shipping for WHOOP Bands will begin from 23rd July 2026.
Additionally, the order processing timeline is the same for all WHOOP orders, regardless of the shipping method selected. The only difference is after dispatch:
- Express Shipping: Shipped by air.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped by surface.
Please note that we only sell replacement belts compatible with WHOOP devices. We do not sell the WHOOP device or its subscription.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. If you wish to cancel your order, we will issue store credit, as we do not offer monetary refunds.
Shipping Policy (Non-Festival / Non-Holiday Period)
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
For bulk orders, our team will contact you if any additional shipping amount is required based on the volumetric weight of the package. If the shipment falls within our standard weight category, shipping charges of ₹760 or ₹975 will apply depending on the shipping method selected.
If the package exceeds 10 kg, additional shipping charges will apply. Our team will inform you of the applicable amount before dispatch. Shipping charges are determined entirely by the courier company and are beyond our control. We appreciate your cooperation.
The delivery timelines mentioned above are estimates and may be extended in areas where our courier partners experience operational constraints, staffing shortages, festival rush, or other logistical challenges.
Please note that if there are delays due to natural calamities, weather conditions, courier pickup delays, machine malfunctions, or any other unforeseen operational reasons, Quirky Perks shall not be held responsible. Our team will make every effort to resolve such issues and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. Orders affected by such delays are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Bulk Order Packaging Policy
All bulk orders are securely packed in export-quality cartons with protective bubble wrap and clean foil packaging to ensure safe transit and handling.
Please note that individual product boxes are not included with bulk orders. Our bulk pricing is specially discounted considering consolidated packaging and shipment to a single delivery address.
Individual branded boxes are only provided with regular (non-bulk) orders where pricing is structured accordingly.
Customers requiring separate individual boxes for bulk orders may purchase them at ₹150 per box. Our team will also assist with estimating the additional shipping charges based on the destination PIN code and the weight/volume of each individual package.
By placing a bulk order, customers acknowledge and agree to the above packaging terms.
